​Allis Gilbert joined Crossroads Prison Ministry in March 2024 as Vice President of Advancement.

Over the past 17 years, Allis has spent her post-military career in the non-profit sector. Allis believes in mission-driven work and has a passion for service.

She has mentored young leaders to support their growth, taught classes on organizational design and development, and uses tools such as the enneagram to support leadership and team growth. Allis appreciates the use of research and data for sound decision making but also in lifting up hopes, desires, and needs in prayer.

Charles Anderson

CEO, Epiphany Life Change

 

Pastor Charles Anderson is the founder and CEO of Epiphany Life Change. With over 15 years’ experience working in corrections in Illinois, Missouri, and Texas, Charles Anderson developed a heart and compassion for the literal and figurative captives inside the prison walls.

Greg Von Tobel

Founder, President Prisoners for Christ Outreach Ministries

 

​As a former stockbroker, Gregory E. Von Tobel has been involved in full-time prison missionary work for over thirty-four years. He is the founder and president of Prisoners For Christ Outreach Ministries (PFC), a ministry dedicated to taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ into the jails, prisons, and juvenile institutions not only in Washington State, Idaho and Arizona but also worldwide. PFC has field offices in thirty foreign countries.
